Intro to Engineering Design
Our school's first year engineering course tackles the fundamentals the engineering design process. With numerous fun, in-depth projects, such as 3D modeling your own products, this is a great starting course to dip your toes into the world of engineering.
Principles of Engineering
The second year engineering course is an in-depth look at some of the most fundamental principles in engineering, including simple machines, thermodynamics, and basic circuitry. This course is a deep dive into many crucial engineering concepts.
Civil Engineering and Architecture
The third year engineering course goes into the field of Civil Engineering and Architecture. In this specialized course, you will be learning using civil engineering programs such as Revit 2018. A fun and important class for any student who wants a future in civil engineering or architecture.
Engineering Design and Development
The final engineering course, is an in-depth exploration into engineering design and development. Students will have an entire year to come up with a problem statement, and, using past knowledge of the engineering design process, design and research a product of their own creation to solve their problem. This class serves as a culmination of all previous classes and skills gained throughout the student's high school career.
