Here at Warren Robotics, we make sure to stress the importance of design when beginning the process of creating our robot. If our robots design is documented well enough, then building and programming should be nothing more than following our pre written design and tweaking the smaller issues. However, we still struggle with maintaining good design practices, and we know that many other teams do as well. So hopefully this quick guide will begin to put you on the right path.

What can members do?
- Blue or Black pen ONLY!!!
- Cross out any unused or blank space at the bottom and initial it
- When adding an image glue or tape DO NOT STAPLE!!!
- Sign across the inserted image and page
- Sign at the bottom of the page and date it once finished
- One line strikethrough over errors with initials above and correction next to it
- Updated table of contents
- Document EVERYTHING in chronological order
How to Stand Out
- Include biographies of team members
- Do an analysis of the game
- Include decision matrixes
- Compare different components in depth
- Have good penmanship
- Use tons of annotated sketches
